1.  4 paddler boats, not much (rowing) recruiting

3. Menlo Park swimmers- Aug 28th event at BIAC

1. Coach needed, not sure of paddler attendance

4. LTR for government - offering to other cities (Palo Alto and North)

1. Standard Fee to include Govt. Regatta

5. Status of tent/lot- looking into used Modular vs. Tent to review
6. Luis to review pre-fab boathouse. City communications on hold until fall
7. Water trail- bay access $100 membership

2. Facilities: Ramp to be repaired, Marsha/ Nora to schedule a work day/ clean up, new combo for main door.
3. Communications- move to google groups, sjsu project finished. slow progress, newsletter in progress, to publish roster.
4. Future Foundation: Meeting about salt works. Doug Karlson to attend

6. Safety: cox’n clinic to put online, chuck reported- to assemble committee and responsibility
