The Foundation for Rowing Education will be holding classes at BIAC
the weekend of September 27/28.  They are offering three types of classes:

• Coxing = Sept 27, 9am-1pm,$60
  General FRE course info: Coxing Workshop
  
• Launch driving = Sept 28, 8am-4pm, $75
  General course info: Launch Driving and NASBLA Certification
  
• Trailer driving/handling = Sept 27, 10am-3pm, $125
  General FRE course info: Trailer Driving

BIAC will underwrite $25 of the cost of one class for each of the first twenty people to register. This offer applies to anyone rowing out of BIAC (Serra, NorCal, and LGRC too). The $25 will be applied as a rebate by BIAC - it is not reflected in the Regatta Central registration.

The FRE is a group of rowing enthusiasts (including a former BIAC member) addressing rowing education and safety issues.  This is a chance to increase our safety and support the mission of our fellow rowers.
