Kristen will work with an individual or a group on rowing skills & technique. Time and date to be worked out with the winner. It would be best if not during the junior racing season.

Norcal Junior Crew Program Director and Men’s Novice Coach, Mike Still, is an Olympian and World Champion. Mike regularly competes at the highest levels in Masters regattas with Kent Mitchell Crew on the West Coast, Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston and Veterans Henley. Private Fitness Assessment & Plan by Jenifer Aguirre

Jenifer Aguirre has USRowing Level III Coaching Certification and she holds ACSM and ACE Personal Training Certifications.  She is currently the much appreciated coach for BIAC's Evening Crew and the Novice Women's Coach for Norcal Crew. Jenifer rowed at UCSB for 4 years, racing for shirts and medals along the way, including a medal at Nationals in the Lightweight 8+. She continues to row as a masters rower and has won medals at the Head of the Charles, Masters World and National competitions. Jenifer became a Personal Trainer in 1998 and has been coaching rowing for many years.  If you win this item, you get two 1 hour private sessions with Jenifer.  She will do a fitness assessment and make recommendations for strength training and conditioning which could be rowing specific or not as you wish.  Whatever your current fitness, Jenifer will help you get better.  Sessions are for mutually agreeable dates after May 14th.
